Q: Where are you located? Do you travel?
A: I am located in Alexandria, Virginia. I typically photograph sessions and events in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, however, on occasion I travel out of state for photography sessions.
Q: What is your style?
A: I like to say that my photographs are vibrant and stunning images with a modern twist. My style comes from my knowledge of light and lighting techniques. I use both natural and artificial lighting in my work.
Q: Is your photography pricing customizable?
A: Yes. Because every session is unique, pricing can be customized to fit your budget and photography needs. Please visit my pricing menu to get an idea of pre-established photography and product pricing options.
Q: I love your work! How do I reserve you as my photographer?
A: Please get in touch with me through my website contact form. Once I hear from you, we will discuss your photography session options either virtually through email or on the phone. Once we have determined your needs, a contract will be created. As soon as I receive a signed copy of your contract, your date is reserved.
Q: How will we receive the final images?
A: You will receive an email notifying you that your password-protected online gallery of images is ready. The email will provide instructions on downloading and sharing the photos. You can also order prints and greeting cards through your online gallery.
Q: Can I use my photographs on social media?
A: Yes! When you receive your images you will also receive low-resolution images with my watermark specifically formatted for social media and email. Feel free to show them off, but please keep my watermark on the images.
Q: Are you a full service photographer? Do you offer printed products like albums, wall art or other products that display our photographs?
A: Yes to all! I am a full-service photographer who specializes in creating high-quality finished product options that showcase your photographs in the best possible way. View the product menu to find information on the various printed products that I offer. If you have photographs (either taken/not taken by me) and would like to use them in any of the product options, please inquire. Custom options and custom sizes are also available.
Q: What is your photography permit policy?
A: The DC area is strict with enforcing photography permits for many popular locations. I do not charge extra for Fairfax County photography permits, but you will need to purchase your permit for other locations.
Q: What happens if we feel sick on the session day?
A: If either of us feels sicks or exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days prior to the photography session, we will reschedule. The safety of you, your guests, and your photographer is important.
